اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي قَصَدْتُ إِلَيْكَ بِإِخْلاَصِ تَوْبَةٍ نَصُوحٍ

allahumma inni qasadtu ilayka bi'ikhlasi tawbatin nasuhin
